TERMS OF SERVICE

2. Vehicle Intake & Pre-Inspection

Prior to commencing any detailing, ceramic coating, or PPF work, our certified technicians conduct a comprehensive digital pre-inspection:

• Existing paint damages, deep stone chips, bumper scrapes, and dents are documented in our intake register.
• Customers are requested to remove all personal belongings, cash, toll tags, and valuables prior to handover. The studio assumes no liability for unlisted personal items left in the vehicle.
• Repainted or aftermarket panels must be disclosed before machine compounding, as paint thickness and clear coat hardness may differ from factory OEM specifications.

3. Service Delivery & Pick-Up Timings

Estimated completion times are provided in good faith. However, because detailing is an artisanal craft dependent on paint reaction and curing requirements, safety and flawless quality always take precedence over rushed schedules:

• Ceramic coating packages require an essential 24-hour indoor climate cure before release.
• PPF applications require moisture evaporation and edge-tuck stabilization checks.
• Customers will be notified by phone or WhatsApp when the vehicle has passed final inspection. Vehicles must be collected within 24 hours of notification unless prior arrangements are confirmed.

4. Warranty & Guarantee Policies

We stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the authentic branded materials we apply:

5. Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) plus applicable GST. An advance deposit may be requested to secure dedicated bays for full vehicle wraps or multi-day restorations. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot.
